Vase home draw for Motors
Having been drawn away from home in the last three rounds of the F. A. Vase, the Motormen have finally been rewarded with a home tie against Northern League Division One side Sunderland Ryhope CW. The tie will take place in the Syncreon Arena on Saturday 2nd November at 3pm.
The Wearside club began the season in fine form but lately have been struggling in their league. Last Saturday though, they defeated Ashton Athletic 2-0 at home in the First Round to set up with first ever meeting of the clubs, while Motors earned a hard-fought 2-1 extra time victory away at Jarrow.
Manager Mick McGraa is delighted with the home draw, as the Motormen look to make further progress in the competition.
