Vauxhall Motors return to action, ten days on from their win against Padiham, on Saturday afternoon when they play host to Northwich Victoria.
The victory at the Arbories Memorial Sports Ground placed Mick McGraa’s side first in the NWCL Premier table and they will look to stay there when taking on The Vics who have won three of their past five.
Steve Wilkes, formerly of Darwen and Runcorn Linnets, was appointed manager in 2017 which was the year that the club became fan owned. The current boss was formerly a player for Morecambe, Preston North End and Southport, and has managed over 1,000 games.
Vics player, Matthew Dudley, has been in great form this campaign, scoring fifteen in 26, setting up a great ninety minutes in Ellesmere Port this weekend.
