FRIDAY NIGHT FOOTBALL RETURNS AT VAUXHALL MOTORS
Friday 5th October, the Syncreon Arena will play host to our first ever Division One Cup tie against local rivals Cammell Laird 1907. The kick-off will be at 7.45pm.
The Motormen go into the game on the back of a great run of form, currently unbeaten in their last eight outings, which includes six victories, the last of which saw them comeback from 3-1 down at the interval to storm to a 4-3 win over the skillful St. Martins side.
Meanwhile, Lairds, after a poor start to the campaign, are now enjoying their own sense of winning and are sure to prove a tough test, as Mick McGraa and a number of his players come up against their former club.
It promises to be a cracker – make sure you are there on the night!
